Arcadiz is looking for a “Pre-sales support” to support our Design & Architecture and Sales team
Your responsibilites
As a Pre-sales support...
- You’ll support the account teams on a technical-commercial level throughout the quotation process
- You manage the price lists and work independently on basic quotations and offers within set timeframes
- You’ll draw up sales files and quotations for public tenders and framework agreements, in close collaboration with colleagues from other teams
- You’ll take care of the file preparation of orders for further administrative follow-up
Your profile:
- You obtained a Bachelor’s degree and have had a first work experience
- You are passionate about telecom and data networks.
- You have an affinity for numbers and you are meticulous.
- You work autonomously and can prioritize your work, respecting deadlines is a given.
- You think customer and solution oriented
- You are a team player and you’ll help a colleague when needed
- You are fluent in Dutch-English or French-English. Trilingualism is a plus
- You have good Excel knowledge and know your way around Salesforce
