• The entire solution is provided by Arcadiz as a managed service. To ensure continuity, it is crucial that the IT infrastructure remains up-to-date. Our own IT department does not have enough time or expertise to do this. So we are very happy with Arcadiz as a partner, which not only delivers and implements the system but also does the monitoring (24/7), management and maintenance. Another big advantage is that we now have a single point of contact for everything to do with the network. The lines are short. Everyone at Arcadiz is informed and takes up their own part of the project. The service desk is always available and things are handled quickly.
