Arcadiz Telecom has a strong capability in providing remote assistance truly around the clock. Our automated NOC accessible 24x7 monitors our customer’s networks and prevents our highly skilled and multilingual engineers on duty in case of faults. A ticketing system and a single telephone number within and outside office hours are made available to our customers. The ATTAC team has a test bed available that can be used for fault reproduction and resolution.

Furthermore is Arcadiz Telecom skilled in the role out of software onto live networks. We are able to conduct pre-upgrade testing in our test bed and then to roll out the change delivery remotely or on-site.

This service is a necessary condition for our First Line Maintenance offering.
